Who is the provider offering this program?

Who is the program for?

The Lean Legs Program focuses on getting lean legs! It is great for anyone who wants to tone up, lose fat and improve their overall fitness. It is suitable for vegetarians and those avoiding gluten and dairy as there are two meal plan options on the program. The meal plan is optional so it’s a great program also for anyone who doesn’t want to change their diet.

What does the program include?

The program includes an optional meal plan (2 versions) and a workout plan all available as pdf downloads. There are three exercise workouts per week (plus one optional), repeated for 2 weeks, which all have online full length videos.

How much time do I need for this program?

The Lean Legs program goes for 8 weeks. At the end of 8 weeks it is recommended you take a week off and then start another round. Depending on whether you are looking to maintain or improve your results, Rachael’s team can provide guidance on modifications to the program such as increasing your reps, weights and/or calorie intake. The program involves walking six days a week and completing the exercise workouts three times a week, however you can modify according to your ability and schedule.

What’s special about this program?

The Lean Legs program is tailored to your body type – ectomorph, mesomorph or endomorph to help you get lean legs.

Do I need any equipment for this program?

Most of the exercises involve using your body weight, with the option to increase the intensity with hand weights, ankle weights and gliding discs. There is also a lot of walking involved (on a flat surface) so you may like to have access to a treadmill at home or at the gym.

What support is available?

Rachael Attard’s team are super helpful and quick to respond via email with any questions you have. There is also a Lean Legs Facebook group where you can chat and ask questions with other people completing the program.
